A 24 year old pregnant lady presents with fever, body aches and malaise for 4 days. She also complains of itching and soreness of the vulva, and dysuria. This is her first such episode.
This is her first pregnancy and she is at 36 weeks of gestation. Her last sexual exposure was 1 week ago, with her husband.
